Your main responsibilities in this role would be:

Provide financial review and approval support for channel rebate, incentive and pricing support programs across European countries
Manage the end-to-end tracking, accrual and settlement of channel rebates and incentives, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Act as a Finance Business Partner to channel sales teams, delivering channel performance and profitability analysis
Support internal control and compliance related to channel commercial models, rebates and incentive policies
Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Compliance, Tax and HQ Finance teams in a multi-country, multi-currency environment

Your profile

Above bachelor degree in accounting, finance, tax or equivalent. Holder of ACCA/CFA/CPA/CIMA is a plus.
At least 5 year of relevant professional experience in Germany, preferably in multinational companies doing trading/distribution/project-base/servicing cross EU , Big four auditing firms.
Familiar with HGB (German GAAP) and IFRS, German taxation.
Highly proficiency in spoken and written German(C1) and English (B2). Mandarin is a plus.
Prior experience in SAP or other ERP systems is a Must.
Business-finance integration mindset and strong commercial acumen, interpersonal and communication skills, being able to manage pressure under work.
Willing to work onsite in Munich office.
