Your duties

We are looking for you to join our Sungrow team as a new Service Operation Specialist!
You will need to work on-site at our service center or office in Munich 38h/week. 
 
Well, this role focuses on supporting service operations through structured process execution, data management, and basic financial coordination.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate data handling, smooth workflow execution, and alignment between operational activities and commercial processes.
 
In a little more detail, this is what you will do in your day to day job:

  • Strong data validation skills, with the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency of information
  • Understanding of process standards, with the ability to support daily process monitoring and basic auditing to ensure compliance and traceability
  • Awareness of business needs across different project stages, with structured thinking to identify issues and suggest improvements in processes or data
  • Good documentation and record-keeping habits, with the ability to support data consolidation and basic dashboard development
  • Assist in cost monitoring and validation, ensuring alignment between operational activities and financial outcomes
  • Work collaboratively within the team and provide support whenever required.

Your profile

Holy moly that sounds exciting, doesn`t it? Now, we want You, to feel challenged, to be confronted with nowadays technical frontiers, myths and wonders. Therefore your background should be like this:

  • Studying in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling information
  • Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Good organization and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks and drive continuous improvement.
  • Language requirements:  English should be on C1 level, fluent Chinese and German  would be a plus.
