Servus und hallo bei uns hier in Sungrow. We’re thrilled to introduce a key role that connects our cutting-edge technology with the regulatory and utility landscape across Europe, the Key Account Manager - Distribution. Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in:
  • You will be the primary contact for Sungrow's Distribution Channel Partners within the DACH region.
  • You will ensure channel partners receive all necessary product and commercial information, fostering a positive experience when selling Sungrow products.
  • You will collaborate with clients to identify their challenges and needs, aligning them with Sungrow's overarching strategy.
  • You will develop value propositions and account plans based on customer insights, exploring potential strategic advancements within accounts.
  • You will monitor client performance and provide relevant updates to management.
  • You will handle essential operational tasks such as quote entries, tracking product flow, and managing reports and deadlines.
  • You will address customer challenges and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders within Sungrow when necessary.
  • You will visit channel partners in person, attend trade fairs, and accompany them to the Headquarter in Hefei.

Your profile

  • You hold a higher education qualification or have completed business-related studies with a technical component, enabling a general understanding of our products.
  • You have proven experience in Account Management, ideally having gained expertise in this field over several years.
  • You possess the ability to work independently and maintain focus in a dynamic, fast-paced environment like the solar industry.
  • You exhibit strong communication and commercial skills.
  • You are proficient in German and English at a C1 level; additional European languages or Chinese would be beneficial.
  • You are a quick learner with a keen desire to expand your knowledge in the clean-tech industry.
  • You demonstrate attention to detail, capable of delving into specifics while maintaining a view of the broader picture for delivering exceptional and brand-aligned experiences.
  • You have excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
  • You enjoy traveling and are willing to visit clients in person regularly.
