- Manage and develop strategic customer relationships in Germany and other DACH countries.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, manage tendering processes, and negotiate contracts for PV and BESS solutions.
- Provide essential technical input from initial project assessment through to technical and economic feasibility.
- Monitor market and competitor activities, providing insightful reports and relevant information.
- Identify market potential and establish PV and ESS technical specifications in accordance with European regulations and international standards.
- Collaborate closely with HQ and local technical teams, ensuring regular updates on product information, training, and customer feedback.

- Possess a technical or engineering educational background.
- Bring at least five years of sales experience within a technical environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to sell comprehensive solutions rather than just products.
- Exhibit strong project management capabilities.
- Be willing and able to undertake business travel up to three or four days a week.
- Have excellent command of English (C1), with German and Chinese proficiency considered a plus.
