We are looking for you to join our Sungrow team as our new Call Center EU Intern!

What does a Call Center EU Intern do, you might ask?
Well, this role is allowed to do the best part of our everyday work – to still the hunger for sustainable energy!

In a little more detail, this is what you will do in your day to day job:

Data Analyze of Hotline and Service Ticket in EMEA region.
Use the results of the analysis to help optimize the hotline plan and ticket handling processes.
Support the Hotline Service Partner in their daily work, for example account creation and training material support.
Coordinate with internal resources for hotline partners.
Optimize current report with DATA analyze tools.

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role?

Preferably have some experience of data analysis using Power BI or Excel and Python.
Understand basic engineering work structure.
Communicate well in a multicultural environment.
Multilingual is a big plus.
Have a strong willingness to work with a dynamic team.
Fast learner and analytical skills are a must.
English (C1), German (C1) or Chinese (C1). Additional European languages are a plus.
