Servus und hallo zusammen!

Willkommen im HQ SUNGROWs für Europa, das schöne München! Das HQ liegt supernah gelegen am OST-Bahnhof, genauer gesagt in der Balanstr. 58. Dort haben wir einen riesigen Office-floor im 6. Stock von dem schon einige ein paar tolle „Sonnenuntergangselfies“ (was ein Wort,…) geschossen haben. Klar, hier im HQ findet am meisten Trubel statt, es sind tatsächlich sämtliche Teams vertreten und man trifft immer, und ich meine IMMER, nette Kollegen, die Mittagessen ordern wollen. Und hier sind wir auch schon an einem der coolsten features angekommen, nämlich unsere multikulturelle Belegschaft! Klar, logisch haben wir hier Deutsche, aber nebst denen trifft man hier auf etwa 50 verschiedene Nationen aus aller Welt. Viele chinesische Mitarbeiter findet man natürlich ebenfalls hier, es herrscht ein reges Treiben, es ist eine Wonne! Hier in München haben wir elektrisch verstellbare Tische und jede Menge Snacks zur Nervennahrung, sollte man mal was brauchen; Wir wissen nicht woher es kommt, aber in unserem Münchner Office finden sich ständig Snacks, die guten, also die klassischen Fruchtkörbe, und die,… andersguten in Form von Schokolade; jeder ist für sein eigenes Hüftgold verantwortlich 😊 Ich denke als kleiner Vorgeschmack sollte das erst mal reichen; also dann, wir sehen uns in München!!!

Your duties

You are the responsible person for our technical warehouse of about 4.500-9.000 square meters in Eching (near Munich). Within 2024 our warehouse will move to Oberschleissheim (near Munich). There are currently around 20 employees working in the warehouse and repair center and we are constantly hiring.

Management and responsibility for the day-to-day operations in the warehouse and in our repair center. Our products are large electronic products and components (photovoltaic inverters).
Management, motivation and training of the warehouse team (currently 4 employees).
Controlling and coordinating the processes in incoming goods, outgoing goods and in our technical repair center (quality control, accuracy, punctuality, etc.).
Controlling and monitoring the warehouse control center in our system. Control of material movements. Implementation and monitoring of correct bookings in our system.
Responsibility for warehouse processes, stock levels and the regular inventories.
Support in the area of quality control and improvement of quality management.
Partial active participation in day-to-day business.
Responsibility for compliance with operational and legal requirements in the areas of health & safety, environmental protection and quality management. There is a willingness to complete training courses and become the lead contact person for occupational safety in the warehouse.
Implementation of measures in the area of occupational safety.
Support with audits by external service providers.o Training of employees.
Responsibility for optimizing processes and workflows in the warehouse.
Support with projects.
Collaboration with cross-functional departments. Central contact person for warehouse and logistics and related interfaces such as purchasing, sales, quality management and occupational safety. Providing reports and KPIs.

Your profile

University studies in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
Alternatively apprenticeship as "Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik" with experience in a management role.
Several years of working experience in warehouse management and logistics in a technical industry or with technical products or components is mandatory.
Fluent German and English language skills (both C1) are mandatory. Daily working languages will be German and English.
Experience in German health and safety regulations and other relevant law and regulations. You must be able to read and understand law and regulations in German language.
(First) Management experience.
Service orientation and quality awareness.
Strong team spirit and social skills.
You have a positive attitude and you are working hands-on.
Understanding of processes and interdisciplinary thinking.
You also have good analytical skills and like to optimize processes and bring in your ideas.
If you have already worked in an international environment it is a big plus.
