Servus und hallo zusammen!

Willkommen im HQ SUNGROWs für Europa, das schöne München! Das HQ liegt supernah gelegen am OST-Bahnhof, genauer gesagt in der Balanstr. 58. Dort haben wir einen riesigen Office-floor im 6. Stock von dem schon einige ein paar tolle „Sonnenuntergangselfies“ (was ein Wort,…) geschossen haben. Klar, hier im HQ findet am meisten Trubel statt, es sind tatsächlich sämtliche Teams vertreten und man trifft immer, und ich meine IMMER, nette Kollegen, die Mittagessen ordern wollen. Und hier sind wir auch schon an einem der coolsten features angekommen, nämlich unsere multikulturelle Belegschaft! Klar, logisch haben wir hier Deutsche, aber nebst denen trifft man hier auf etwa 50 verschiedene Nationen aus aller Welt. Viele chinesische Mitarbeiter findet man natürlich ebenfalls hier, es herrscht ein reges Treiben, es ist eine Wonne! Hier in München haben wir elektrisch verstellbare Tische und jede Menge Snacks zur Nervennahrung, sollte man mal was brauchen; Wir wissen nicht woher es kommt, aber in unserem Münchner Office finden sich ständig Snacks, die guten, also die klassischen Fruchtkörbe, und die,… andersguten in Form von Schokolade; jeder ist für sein eigenes Hüftgold verantwortlich 😊 Ich denke als kleiner Vorgeschmack sollte das erst mal reichen; also dann, wir sehen uns in München!!!

Your duties

We are constantly moving forward and looking out for an ambitious Marketing Manager for our
DACH regional marketing to support our growth in the solar industry.

Roll out local product campaigns in cooperation with the European marketing team, local product managers and sales colleagues.
Translate copy, source content and drive local strategy for social media, newsletter, and vother communication channels.
Monitoring, tracking, and reporting of campaign and channel performance.
Organize and manage local events (e.g. Tradeshows, Exhibitions, Webinars)
Manage the local language website versions.
Creation and adaption of marketing assets for the region (e.g. brochures, presentations, videos).
Brief and steer local third parties (e.g. event organizers, marketing agencies, suppliers, logistics etc.)
Conduct market research according to country manager directives.

Your profile

University degree and minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Strong communication skills to drive projects forward and complete them within a scheduled period.
German C2 and English C1. L'idéal serait que vous puissiez aussi parler français, n'est-ce pas? :)
Content Creation Experience (Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus).
Digital pioneer - digital marketing is no rocket science for you.
Quick learner with desire to increase knowledge in the cleantech industry.
Creative and passionate person with upbeat spirit and “Yes, we can” mentality
Attention to details. You’re able to dive into the details and connect them through to the big picture.
