Willkommen im HQ SUNGROWs für Europa, das schöne München! Das HQ liegt supernah gelegen am OST-Bahnhof, genauer gesagt in der Balanstr. 58. Dort haben wir einen riesigen Office-floor im 6. Stock von dem schon einige ein paar tolle „Sonnenuntergangselfies“ (was ein Wort,…) geschossen haben. Klar, hier im HQ findet am meisten Trubel statt, es sind tatsächlich sämtliche Teams vertreten und man trifft immer, und ich meine IMMER, nette Kollegen, die Mittagessen ordern wollen. Und hier sind wir auch schon an einem der coolsten features angekommen, nämlich unsere multikulturelle Belegschaft! Klar, logisch haben wir hier Deutsche, aber nebst denen trifft man hier auf etwa 50 verschiedene Nationen aus aller Welt. Viele chinesische Mitarbeiter findet man natürlich ebenfalls hier, es herrscht ein reges Treiben, es ist eine Wonne! Hier in München haben wir elektrisch verstellbare Tische und jede Menge Snacks zur Nervennahrung, sollte man mal was brauchen; Wir wissen nicht woher es kommt, aber in unserem Münchner Office finden sich ständig Snacks, die guten, also die klassischen Fruchtkörbe, und die,… andersguten in Form von Schokolade; jeder ist für sein eigenes Hüftgold verantwortlich 😊 Ich denke als kleiner Vorgeschmack sollte das erst mal reichen; also dann, wir sehen uns in München!!!

Your duties
- Assists in developing logistics plans and procedures and best practice implementation for European peers.
- Create an effective and cost conscious logistics operation, optimize cost of supply chain solutions.
- Call off products from mother company in China, effectively manage stock levels in Europe, transport costs, and transport times.
- Support and advise our customers on the entire logistics process.
- Manage shipments from booking to invoicing, carry out communication and coordination with important partners (customs, third party warehouse, forwarders, etc.)
- Build & maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across teams, functions, and locations to enhance planning, leverage reporting opportunities and improve processes.
- Provide data analysis for improvement cycles and participate in process improvement efforts.
Your profile
- Sufficient experience within the Supply Chain and Logistics field, not industry specific.
- Used to working in a fast paced ever changing environment with strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Passionate about the client's mission, open-minded, collaborative and meticulous with a strong attention to detail
- A very data-oriented and orderly way of working
- English and German language skills at C1 level, Chinese language skill is an advantage
- A degree in logistics, engineering or business management, or relevant.
- Good knowledge of computers and systems: ERP, WMS, MS Office.
