Willkommen im HQ SUNGROWs für Europa, das schöne München! Das HQ liegt supernah gelegen am OST-Bahnhof, genauer gesagt in der Balanstr. 58. Dort haben wir einen riesigen Office-floor im 6. Stock von dem schon einige ein paar tolle „Sonnenuntergangselfies“ (was ein Wort,…) geschossen haben. Klar, hier im HQ findet am meisten Trubel statt, es sind tatsächlich sämtliche Teams vertreten und man trifft immer, und ich meine IMMER, nette Kollegen, die Mittagessen ordern wollen. Und hier sind wir auch schon an einem der coolsten features angekommen, nämlich unsere multikulturelle Belegschaft! Klar, logisch haben wir hier Deutsche, aber nebst denen trifft man hier auf etwa 50 verschiedene Nationen aus aller Welt. Viele chinesische Mitarbeiter findet man natürlich ebenfalls hier, es herrscht ein reges Treiben, es ist eine Wonne! Hier in München haben wir elektrisch verstellbare Tische und jede Menge Snacks zur Nervennahrung, sollte man mal was brauchen; Wir wissen nicht woher es kommt, aber in unserem Münchner Office finden sich ständig Snacks, die guten, also die klassischen Fruchtkörbe, und die,… andersguten in Form von Schokolade; jeder ist für sein eigenes Hüftgold verantwortlich 😊 Ich denke als kleiner Vorgeschmack sollte das erst mal reichen; also dann, wir sehen uns in München!!!

The Role
We are looking for a HR Intern to support our HR team for the Service Department within the EMEA region. As part of a global, multicultural and fast-growing team, your responsibilities will be supporting the HR Manager with different tasks and projects. Take the ownership, stay open-minded and flexible are the essentials to succeed on this position.

What You'll Do
- support HR Manager and HRBP on the employee management
- support on improving the employee satisfaction and enhance the department stability
- help to review and suggest employment policies and related processes, understand and research core benefit offerings, and optimize HR supports based on department requirements
- understand each teams function and their needs and pain points, help to improve employee performance
- support on different HR Marketing and Employer Branding events and projects
Your profile
What You need to bring
- Completed studies in Economic, HR Management, Business Management, Marketing or similar
- Availability for a 40hrs/week internship onsite (6-months contract)
- Basic knowledge of the German market, including employment practices. Knowledge of other European Countries is a plus
- Workday HRIS experience or other related HR Systems is a great to have
- Structured critical thinking and problem-solving skills, using data to help measure progress and impact
- Flexible and proactive, able to work in a dynamic, diverse, customer-centric environment, self-starter, independent, ownership, results-oriented, team player, and attentive to details
- Effective communication and strong organization skill
- Fluency in English - verbal and written, German or other European Language or Chinese is a big plus
