Service Digitalization Intern - Germany

• Support the development and maintenance of Sungrow’s internal service systems using the Yida platform
• Design applications, forms, workflows, and front-end pages to enhance user experience
• Optimize system architecture and interaction for stable and efficient operation
• Continuously update modules based on evolving business needs
• Integrate third-party systems (ERP, CRM, logistics, databases) for seamless data flow
• Collaborate with business departments to translate needs into digital solutions
• Promote process automation and visualized management
• Prepare system documentation and support internal training initiatives

• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Automation, Software Engineering, or similar
• Familiar with application development, form design, workflow configuration, and API integration
• Solid understanding of enterprise processes like procurement, contracts, warehousing, and invoicing
• Strong logical thinking and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
• Skilled in documentation and basic troubleshooting
• English C1; Chinese language skills are a strong plus
