Your duties

Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity with us.
Being a Working Student is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:

Act as a point of contact for customers in technical and commercial issues
Work closely with internal and external teams to resolve issues effectively
Stay informed about industry trends and proactively identify business opportunities
Identify recurring challenges or bottlenecks in products and processes

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Since we’re all about electrical equipment, the ideal candidate will tick one or more of the following boxes:

Ongoing studies in business and/or engineering
Interested in renewable energy systems
Interested in electrical power system products (e.g. inverters, transformers, energy storage systems)
Interested in customer service role
Ability and interest for international business and travel (China, Germany, Finland, etc.)
Adaptive, responsible, and curious attitude
Fluency in English (C1), Finnish and Chinese is a plus
