Your duties

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for sales of utility-scale PV inverters and Battery Energy Storage Systems in Norway. As part of our regional team, you’ll be our first employee in Norway, joining a global, multicultural and fast-growing company. 
Taking ownership, being proactive and flexible, are the essentials to succeed in this position. 
 
What You'll Do
  • Manage and develop strategic accounts in the Norwegian PV and BESS sector.
  • Being the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll collaborate with our product managers, logistics team, project managers, etc. to ensure seamless project implementation.
  • Visit customers regularly and participate in tradeshows and conferences.
  • Analyse customer needs and market trends and optimizing the sales process.
  • Work on precise forecasts and market updates.

Your profile

What will you need to be successful?
  • 2+ years of proven experience in sales / key account management, preferably in the PV and/or BESS sector 
  • In-depth knowledge of the energy sector.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English - verbal and written
  • Driving license and willingness to travel periodically 
As a person you are:
  • A self-starter, who takes ownership, focuses on results and is attentive to details.
  • Flexible, with a proactive mindset, you’re a team player and able to work in a dynamic and diverse environment.
  • A strong written and verbal communicator, with the ability to collaborate across an international organization.
