Sales Manager EV Charging - Nordics

As our Sales & Solution Manager for EV Charging in the Nordics, you will play a key role in driving Sungrow's growth and strengthening our position in the rapidly expanding EV charging and energy infrastructure market.
We are looking for a commercially driven professional with strong technical knowledge of e-mobility, an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for clean energy.
You will combine business development, strategic account management and technical solution advisory, taking ownership of opportunities from initial customer engagement through solution design, tendering, negotiation and contract closure

Your Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities across the Nordic EV charging market.
• Develop strategic customer relationships with CPOs, fleet operators, utilities, EPCs, installers and municipalities.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline, account plans and sales forecasts.
• Drive commercial negotiations and achieve sales targets.
• Develop competitive, customer-focused charging and energy solutions.
• Support solutions covering AC, DC, HPC, MCS, BESS and smart energy management.
• Lead and coordinate technical and commercial proposals, tenders and customer presentations.
• Work closely with product management, engineering, technical support and operations to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships and business models.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Support partner development, product introductions and customer training.
• Represent Sungrow at relevant industry exhibitions and events

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field. Relevant business education or equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EV charging, renewable energy or electrical infrastructure.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, account management or technical-
• commercial roles.
• Good understanding of EV charging technologies, including AC, DC, HPC and MCS. Experience
• with BESS is an advantage.
• Experience with complex infrastructure projects, tenders and commercial negotiations.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (at least C1 level)
• Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% across the region
