Your duties

Welcome to your new role at Sungrow, as our Sales Manager for EV Charging in the Nordics region!

Then, have a look at your responsibilities below:

You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, strategic partnerships, and market growth within the EV charging industry .

  • You'll coordinate, qualify deals, and manage tenders for DC and AC chargers
  • You'll develop and implement strategies to improve short- and long-term sales.
  • You'll establish and maintain strong relations with customer partners, collaborating cross-functionally.
  • You'll generate and nurture a strategic account pipeline.
  • You'll work closely with marketing, product management, and operations.
  • You'll support sales of AC chargers included in PV systems.
  • You'll monitor developments in the EV charging market, providing recommendations to meet customer needs.
  • You'll participate in exhibitions and seminars to expand business reach.
  • You'll identify and pursue leads for both DC and AC EV chargers.
  • You'll prepare and submit tenders for EV charging projects, negotiating and closing sales contracts.
  • You'll stay updated on market trends, providing insights, reports, and forecasts to management.

Your profile

Do you have the legal right to work in Sweden?

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or similar engineering degree with a focus on energy.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and account management in the EV charging industry.
  • Technical knowledge in E-Mobility.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer visits, fairs, and events.

Desired skills:

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical thinking with a strategic approach to business planning.
  • Team-player mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven, and results oriented.

Nice to haves:

  • Languages skills in Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Knowledge of the solar energy market in Europe
