Willkommen im HQ SUNGROWs für Europa, das schöne München! Das HQ liegt supernah gelegen am OST-Bahnhof, genauer gesagt in der Balanstr. 58. Dort haben wir einen riesigen Office-floor im 6. Stock von dem schon einige ein paar tolle „Sonnenuntergangselfies“ (was ein Wort,…) geschossen haben. Klar, hier im HQ findet am meisten Trubel statt, es sind tatsächlich sämtliche Teams vertreten und man trifft immer, und ich meine IMMER, nette Kollegen, die Mittagessen ordern wollen. Und hier sind wir auch schon an einem der coolsten features angekommen, nämlich unsere multikulturelle Belegschaft! Klar, logisch haben wir hier Deutsche, aber nebst denen trifft man hier auf etwa 50 verschiedene Nationen aus aller Welt. Viele chinesische Mitarbeiter findet man natürlich ebenfalls hier, es herrscht ein reges Treiben, es ist eine Wonne! Hier in München haben wir elektrisch verstellbare Tische und jede Menge Snacks zur Nervennahrung, sollte man mal was brauchen; Wir wissen nicht woher es kommt, aber in unserem Münchner Office finden sich ständig Snacks, die guten, also die klassischen Fruchtkörbe, und die,… andersguten in Form von Schokolade; jeder ist für sein eigenes Hüftgold verantwortlich 😊 Ich denke als kleiner Vorgeschmack sollte das erst mal reichen; also dann, wir sehen uns in München!!!

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR & Admin Manager to lead the human resources function during the initial setup and scaling phase of our European software and energy operations. This role is critical for building foundational HR structures, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws, and attracting top talent across the region.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Setup & Operations
· Establish core HR frameworks including local employment contracts, onboarding workflows, and internal HR policies in line with European/German labor regulations
· Build compliant HR processes covering employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, compensation, exit, etc.
· Set up or adapt HR systems (e.g., payroll, leave tracking, document management)
2. Talent Acquisition
· Act as the local hiring lead: work with hiring managers to define role scopes and recruitment plans
· Lead the recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles
· Bring insights on the European talent market (especially in software/tech roles), salary benchmarking, and employer branding strategies
3. Compliance & Administration
· Ensure compliance with labor regulations, health insurance, taxes, work permits/visa sponsorship
· Coordinate with external payroll providers, legal, and admin vendors
· Support basic office administration during ramp-up (insurance, lease, vendor coordination)

Your profile
· 3-5 years of hands-on HR generalist or HRBP experience, ideally in a high-growth or cross-border tech company
· Strong understanding of German and/or broader EU labor law and HR compliance requirements
· Proven ability to independently set up and run HR operations in a small/startup environment
· Experience hiring in the European market (Germany preferred); familiarity with job boards, recruitment agencies, and compensation practices
· Fluent in English and Chinese (minimum B2); fluent German is highly beneficial
· Strategic thinker with strong execution and people skills
