Your duties

Welcome to your new role at Sungrow, as our Service Specialist Intern in the UK!

Engineer Scheduling:
  • Coordinate and organize schedules for engineers to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Liaise with customers to confirm service appointments and address any scheduling conflicts.
  • Adjust schedules based on engineer availability, customer needs, and service priorities.
 
Quote Management:
  • Request quotes from service partners for various service-related tasks.
  • Compare and contest quotes from different service partners to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Maintain a record of all quotes received and the decisions made.
 
Invoicing Assistance:
  • Assist the Service Department in completing invoicing tasks.
  • Ensure all service-related activities are accurately recorded and billed.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any invoicing discrepancies.
 
GSP Ticketing System Management:
  • Monitor and manage the GSP ticketing system to track service requests.
  • Assign and prioritize tickets based on urgency and engineer availability.
  • Follow up on completed tickets to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
 
Engineer Onsite Report Management:
  • Review and verify onsite reports submitted by engineers for accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate with engineers to address any missing or unclear information in their reports.
  • Send finalized reports to customers in a timely manner.
 
Customer Communication:
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding service updates, scheduling, and report submissions.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to service delivery.
 
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including schedules, quotes, invoices, and tickets.
  • Ensure that all documentation is organized and easily accessible for reference.
  • The role is not limited to the task above and adaptability will be crucial to excelling in the role.

Your profile

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Great communicator.
  • Good coordination skills.
  • High attention to details. 
  • Flexible working availability.
  • English language at C1 level.
