Willkommen im HQ SUNGROWs für Europa, das schöne München! Das HQ liegt supernah gelegen am OST-Bahnhof, genauer gesagt in der Balanstr. 58. Dort haben wir einen riesigen Office-floor im 6. Stock von dem schon einige ein paar tolle „Sonnenuntergangselfies“ (was ein Wort,…) geschossen haben. Klar, hier im HQ findet am meisten Trubel statt, es sind tatsächlich sämtliche Teams vertreten und man trifft immer, und ich meine IMMER, nette Kollegen, die Mittagessen ordern wollen. Und hier sind wir auch schon an einem der coolsten features angekommen, nämlich unsere multikulturelle Belegschaft! Klar, logisch haben wir hier Deutsche, aber nebst denen trifft man hier auf etwa 50 verschiedene Nationen aus aller Welt. Viele chinesische Mitarbeiter findet man natürlich ebenfalls hier, es herrscht ein reges Treiben, es ist eine Wonne! Hier in München haben wir elektrisch verstellbare Tische und jede Menge Snacks zur Nervennahrung, sollte man mal was brauchen; Wir wissen nicht woher es kommt, aber in unserem Münchner Office finden sich ständig Snacks, die guten, also die klassischen Fruchtkörbe, und die,… andersguten in Form von Schokolade; jeder ist für sein eigenes Hüftgold verantwortlich 😊 Ich denke als kleiner Vorgeschmack sollte das erst mal reichen; also dann, wir sehen uns in München!!!

Your duties

Hello there and welcome to your newest opportunity with Sungrow;
the Senior People Development Manager for all our european operations!
It`s a very diverse role, with many different aspects to it; let`s dive in:

In general, act as a subject matter expert (SME) in a specific HR area such as talent management, compensation, learning and development, organisational development or employee engagement.
Provide high-level expertise and strategic insights to HR business partners and the wider business to drive initiatives in your area of specialization.

Policy and Strategy Development:

Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, programs, and practices related to your area of expertise.
Ensure policies and practices are compliant with relevant laws and regulations and aligned with business objectives.

Advisory Support:

Advise and coach HR business partners and line managers on complex HR issues within the CoE's specialty (e.g., employee relations, performance management, leadership development).
Act as a consultant to ensure that HR policies and processes are followed consistently.

Project Management:

Lead or participate in HR projects that align with business strategy and deliver HR solutions at scale, such as change management initiatives, learning and development programs, or compensation reviews.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze HR data and metrics within your area of specialization to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve organizational performance, employee engagement, and overall HR effectiveness.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in HR within your area of expertise.
Proactively propose and drive new initiatives and improvements to existing HR practices.

Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and other CoE teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services and programs.
Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support HR initiatives.

Your profile

To keep you happy and challenged in the long run, we would love to see You having a background similiar to this:

Completed tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
Demonstrate strong leadership, ability to prioritise, problem solving and possess initiative.
Ability to deliver training, creating materials and interacting with employees at all levels.
Intermediate skills in all software platforms of MS Office Suite and AI.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Skill in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Chinese (C1) is a must.
