Your duties

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Risk Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, evaluating, and managing risks across Sungrow Europe’s operations. Leveraging advanced tools, including AI and data analytics, you will enhance risk management processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to cultivate a culture of risk awareness and proactive mitigation. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks across Sungrow Europe’s operations.
Support the implementation of compliance and risk management policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and manage risk-specific task forces, ensuring effective collaboration and timely reporting of risk-related issues and project progress.
Assist in planning and conducting internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain risk reporting mechanisms to ensure stakeholders are informed of emerging risks and mitigation strategies.
Leverage AI tools and data analytics to enhance risk identification, analysis, and monitoring processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of risk awareness and proactive management throughout the organization.

Your profile

Master’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of professional experience in risk management, implementation functions, or related fields.
Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
Tech-savvy, with demonstrated proficiency in AI tools and data analytics platforms.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Open-minded, with a passion for continuous learning and exploring innovative solutions in compliance.
