Your duties

Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity with us.
Being an O&M (operations and maintenance) Project Manager Intern is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:


  • Manage internal and external documents of the projects, including developing and updating the filing system of physical and digital records in customers or Sungrow tracking system with URL link. 
  • Support global and regional document owners generating protocol formulas for submissions of documentations within the projects.
  • Perform Quality Control (QC) and editing of study documents prior to uploading to the document management system.
  • Implementation of documentation and change control using the electronic documentation and change control system.
  • Reviews and analyzes proposed changes to controlled documentation and raises any risks to PMO.
  • Administer submittal process using Sungrow or customer systems and standards.
  • Follow up and control the tickets O&M.
  • Check HSE documentation in platform and coordinate with the different stakeholder to ensure the proper access to the plant.
  • Supervision of subcontractors matters.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as follow up invoices, estimates, draft planning templates and scheduling of activities in projects, etc.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to job site by working with purchasing department.

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? 


  • An engineering background (Civil/ Electrical/Mechanical preferred).
  • Being in the last course of your Bachelor or Master degree, or being graduated from it, for no longer than 2-3 years.
 
Additional requirements:

  • Ideally you have worked in a similar role for 1 year.
  • A solid language package: English and Spanish.
  • Creative and passionate person with upbeat spirit and “Yes, we can” mentality.
  • Proactive, dynamic and task-oriented.
