Your duties

​Welcome to your new role at Sungrow, as our Logistics Intern in Pamplona!

Then let's have a look at what your day-to-day would look like:

  • Assist in the coordination of inbound and outbound logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Support the logistics team in planning and executing transportation routes and schedules.
  • Help with the preparation and processing of shipping documents, customs declarations, and other logistics-related paperwork.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Participate in logistics projects and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support logistics decision-making.
  • Assist in the management of logistics service providers and evaluate their performance.
  • Provide administrative support to the logistics team as needed.

Your profile

Alright, that sounds fascinating, doesn't it? So here is what you need to bring with you:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Previous internship or work experience in Logistics especially in Solar energy industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (C1); knowledge of Italian or Chinese is an advantage.
