Your duties

Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity with us.
Being a Pre-Sales EV Charging Solution is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:
 
  1. Provide technical support to customers during the pre-sales stage, with a focus on achieving overall sales KPIs.
  2. Serve as the technical lead for tenders within assigned regions.
  3. Deliver product training (both online and face-to-face) to key accounts, distributors, and internal teams.
  4. Actively participate in marketing activities, including industry exhibitions, forums, and summits, to promote our products.
  5. Handle whitelist applications and conduct research on new certifications and legislation for specific products and regions.
Collaborate effectively with HQ to ensure timely fulfillment of customization requests

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have:
  • An education background in electrical engineering is ideal
  • Solid Skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • a Team player with a passion to work in a startup division
