Greensun is a trusted partner of Sungrow, and together we're looking for a remote technical support profile in Warsaw, Poland to serve Sungrow's French-speaking customers — and Greensun is looking for a sharp, curious, and people-first technical mind to join the team.
- You'll be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, delivering Level 1 remote technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems — making sure every issue is handled with speed and care.
- You'll manage incoming requests related to photovoltaic inverters and energy storage systems, always working within defined SLA parameters and quality standards.
- You'll guide installers and technicians step by step through troubleshooting, remote configuration, and firmware updates — turning complex situations into clear solutions.
- You'll work closely with the Level 2 support team, handing over cases with thorough documentation and structured follow-up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- You'll maintain high-quality technical records in the CRM and ticketing system, and actively contribute to the shared knowledge base — making the whole team smarter over time.
