We’re excited to introduce a role that sits at the heart of our sales operations, connecting teams, processes, and customers across borders. Curious what your day-to-day might look like? Let’s dive in:
  • Support the end-to-end execution of sales contracts and orders, from countersignature to final payment.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Legal teams to manage and maintain accurate contract documentation.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, project, and sales teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding lead times, invoices, payments, and delivery updates.
  • Prepare and maintain regular reports such as shipment tracking and sales forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Issue commercial invoices and partner with finance and sales teams to monitor and follow up on payment collection and credit risk.

Your profile

Alright, that sounded exciting, didn’t it? Now, to truly thrive and feel confident in this role, your background might look something like this:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, or a related field.
  • Initial experience in operations, sales support, or ideally within the solar or energy industry is a strong plus.
  • Good understanding of international business environments or hands-on cross-border coordination experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Confident use of ERP systems and MS Office tools, with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with English at C1 level; Chinese at B2 or higher is considered an advantage.
