Your duties

Cześć and a warm welcome from all of us here at Sungrow!As Country Manager - Poland, you will take full ownership of our business development and market presence across the country. This is a senior leadership role where strategy, people, and commercial excellence come together to drive Sungrow’s growth across PV, Energy Storage, and EV Charging.Your key responsibilities include:

Define and execute a country strategy to grow market share across PV, ESS, and EV Charging segments
Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing local team, fostering collaboration, ownership, and sustainable success
Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, partners, authorities, and industry stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and translate market trends into actionable growth initiatives
Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibilities to ensure healthy and sustainable financial performance
Act as Sungrow’s brand ambassador in Poland, representing our values towards customers, partners, and the wider energy community

Your profile

Proven track record in business development, sales leadership, or general management, ideally within the solar or renewable energy sector
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to succeed in competitive and fast‑moving markets
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience building and motivating diverse teams
Strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate market insights into clear execution plans
Strong commitment to sustainability and genuine passion for the energy transition
Polish and English language skills at minimum C1 level according to CEFR
