Your duties

We are constantly moving forward and looking out for a Remote Support Engineer to support our growth in the solar industry.
  • First-level support of issues, communicate with customer and provide support
  • GSP system tickets handling for direct sales product
  • Perform troubleshooting and incident response on the systems according FQA and instruction
  • Escalate the trouble ticket to second Line when you cannot solve it
  • Track issues through to resolution
  • Implementation for software delivery and upgrades
  • Working to triage or troubleshoot the issues within their defined areas

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have:

  • Education as Electrical technician or Engineer
  • Willing to work on call duty.
  • Experience with Sungrow product is beneficial
  • Experience dealing with issues, and have good communication
  • Willingness to travel
  • English and Spanish Proficiency at least C1 Level
  • Driving license is beneficial
  • H&S training to access to construction site with electrical specific training is beneficial
  • Filed service work experiences is beneficial
