Willkommen im HQ SUNGROWs für Europa, das schöne München! Das HQ liegt supernah gelegen am OST-Bahnhof, genauer gesagt in der Balanstr. 58. Dort haben wir einen riesigen Office-floor im 6. Stock von dem schon einige ein paar tolle „Sonnenuntergangselfies“ (was ein Wort,…) geschossen haben. Klar, hier im HQ findet am meisten Trubel statt, es sind tatsächlich sämtliche Teams vertreten und man trifft immer, und ich meine IMMER, nette Kollegen, die Mittagessen ordern wollen. Und hier sind wir auch schon an einem der coolsten features angekommen, nämlich unsere multikulturelle Belegschaft! Klar, logisch haben wir hier Deutsche, aber nebst denen trifft man hier auf etwa 50 verschiedene Nationen aus aller Welt. Viele chinesische Mitarbeiter findet man natürlich ebenfalls hier, es herrscht ein reges Treiben, es ist eine Wonne! Hier in München haben wir elektrisch verstellbare Tische und jede Menge Snacks zur Nervennahrung, sollte man mal was brauchen; Wir wissen nicht woher es kommt, aber in unserem Münchner Office finden sich ständig Snacks, die guten, also die klassischen Fruchtkörbe, und die,… andersguten in Form von Schokolade; jeder ist für sein eigenes Hüftgold verantwortlich 😊 Ich denke als kleiner Vorgeschmack sollte das erst mal reichen; also dann, wir sehen uns in München!!!

Hey there and welcome to your newest Chance to make first steps in a Human Ressource Department, like no other, here, at Sungrow!

We have a spot open from 10/25 on, and it will be a 1 Year Internship!

As our Recruitment Intern you will support our HR department by assisting in various recruitment activities. This role provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and administrative support. The ideal candidate, so... YOU..., is enthusiastic about pursuing a career in HR and eager to learn about the recruitment process.
Let`s have a look about your Key Responsibilities, shall we?
  • Candidate Sourcing:
    • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
    • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and current information.
  • Interview Coordination:
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Assist in the preparation and dissemination of interview materials.
    • Communicate interview details and logistics to candidates.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist in the preparation of job postings and advertisements.
    • Support the HR team with data entry and document management.
    • Help maintain recruitment metrics and generate reports as needed.
  • Candidate Communication:
    • Assist in communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Respond to candidate inquiries and provide timely updates on application status.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing excellent service and support.
  • Special Projects:
    • Participate in various HR and recruitment projects as assigned.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
    • Provide support for career fairs and other recruitment events.

Your profile

Let`s talk about your educational level. Knowing whose child of mind you are will determine whether you really like this work and are fullfilled.
  • Education:
    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or you just finished. Yes, surely, ideally you come from a related study, like HR or economics, but not exclusively. You are interested in IT, for example, and wish to see how HR in this aspect goes forward, then this is your ticket!
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
    • Ah yes, and there is this new thing called AI; you probably want to enrich us with your keen interest to work with Agents and other digital shenanigans, such fun!
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience or coursework in HR or recruitment is a plus but not required.
    • Experience with social media and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) is beneficial.
