Your duties

Act as business unit Finance leader and Partners with the BU operation leader
Is member of the regional finance team, and implement the group and BU strategy
Lead BU finance team and assist in implementation information system SAP
Prepare and submit monthly and yearly financial statements and communicate with external auditor in auditing report
Expert at understanding the operations of the BU and responsible for driving financial analysis and using its insights to contribute to the decision making by the BU operations
Contributes to the strategic and tactical decision making from the financial and economic perspective such as contract reviewing and business model optimization
Collaborates with other areas of the Finance function to ensure reliable, timely and correct supply of information and the proper set-up and functioning of the BU planning & control-processes, administrative organization, internal controls and information systems and
Familiar with UK Tax regime regulations and conduct tax compliance and planning in terms of PE, transfer pricing and VAT

Your profile

Bachelor/ Master’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent, Holder of ACCA/CFA or equivalent certificate
5+ years of experience in multiple finance positions in an industrial/manufacturing environment with multinational corporation
Independent, self-starting and interested in what is behind the numbers
Highly analytical, with problem-solving and pragmatic skills
Change and continuous improvement minded, hands-on with a can-do mentality
Able to communicate effectively with group as well as business partners
Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
Must Fluent in English, both verbal as well as in writing, Mandarin is a plus
High proficiency in SAP and other business applications
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
High level of customer orientation, strategic orientation, results orientation, change management, ownership and collaboration
Able to build networks within the organization and manage changes
