Your duties

As the Country Manager, you're not just a leader – you're the clean energy-powered engine, driving our growth across the region. Your mission? To elevate our brand, expand our sales and market share, and champion the shift towards cleaner, greener energy solutions. You'll be the torchbearer of our values, guiding our team and illuminating the path to a brighter future.
 
We are looking for a self-motivated professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
Area: Sweden and Finland

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Establish and execute a substantial strategy for market share expansion across all of Sungrow’s segments PV, ESS and EV Charging. 
  • Leveraging your expertise to increase our footprint of clean energy products in the country. Lead, mentor, and inspire our talented and diverse team of clean energy enthusiasts, fostering an inclusive culture of innovation, collaboration, and sustainable success.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key industry players, partners, and stakeholders, spreading the brilliance of our clean energy solutions far and wide.
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities, spark meaningful connections, and cultivate a dazzling network of clean energy advocates.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements, ensuring our fiscal health stays as robust as our panels.
  • Serve as a passionate ambassador for sustainability and renewable energy, spreading the gospel of solar power to customers, regulators, and the wider community.

Your profile

  • A radiant track record of successful business development, sales and leadership, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
  • Proven ability to shine in a competitive market, with a knack for turning challenges into opportunities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the power to forge lasting relationships and build a dynamic, collaborative team.
  • A strategic thinker who can navigate the clean energy landscape with finesse, identifying trends and translating them into action.
