Your duties

The Service Coordinator PV & BESS will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating service operations for PV and BESS systems across the CEE region. This role involves meticulous planning and execution of service assignments, supporting service technicians with technical, logistical, and legal guidance, and handling service assignments involving challenging customer relationships or complex technical issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, technical acumen, and the ability to foster effective communication between teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement detailed service plans for PV and BESS installations across the CEE region.
Schedule and assign service technicians to customer sites, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely resolution of service requests.
Monitor service progress and adjust plans as needed to accommodate changing priorities or unexpected challenges.
Provide technical support to service technicians during assignments, ensuring they have the necessary information and tools to address customer issues effectively.
Coordinate logistical arrangements, including the shipment of parts and equipment, to support field operations.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to service activities in the CEE region.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring service excellence.
Communicate effectively with customers to keep them informed about service schedules, progress, and outcomes.
Collaborate closely with engineering, logistics, and legal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Act as a liaison between field service technicians and other departments to resolve issues and improve service processes.
Provide regular updates to the Service Manager on service operations, challenges, and successes.

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 2-5 years in a service coordination or similar role within the PV and BESS industry
Proven experience in planning and managing service assignments in a technical field.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Technical understanding of PV and BESS systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in using service management software and tools
Fluent knowledge of both: Polish and English languages (at least C1 level)
