Your duties

Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity with us.
Being a Distribution Technical Sales Engineer is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important taks:
  • Technical and hands-on training to Sungrow distributors and installers
  • Point of contact for technical questions and 1st level for pre-sales support
  • Preparation of technical presentation and documentation
  • Manage and organize showroom
  • Regular market analysis and monitoring of market and regulation developments
  • Benchmarking of our products against competition
  • Customer visit

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have:

  • Completed studies in electrical engineering, electrical & electronical engineering or a similar background
or
  • a higher education qualification or business related studies with technical counterparts

  • In the end, if you have dealt with the regenerative energy industry for ~2years , you are fit for this opportunity. 
  • Anyway, besides that, it would be amazing if you think of yourself like this:
  • Ability to work independently and focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and commercial skills
  • Passion, desire and motivation to succeed
  • Language requirements: Polish language at least C1 level and English at least B2 level 
  • Quick learner with desire to increase knowledge in the clean-tech industry
  • Attention to details. You're able to dive into the details and connect them through to the big picture of delivering an exceptional and brand-aligned experience
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of CRM is a plus
