Your duties

Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity with us.
Being a Sales Operation Specialist is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our company needs. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important task:
  • Support Sales Team on contract and sales order execution from contract countersignature to payment receiving.
  • Support Sales and Legal Teams in the management of sales contracts. 
  • Coordinate with production team in HQ, logistics team, project team, sales team to make sure projects will be delivered smoothly and successfully.
  • Communication with customer on lead time, invoices, payment and delivery topics.
  • Gather regular analysis reports including shipment reports, sales forecasts, etc., on weekly/monthly basis.
  • Issue commercial invoices, work with finance team and sales team to follow up payment collection on weekly basis.
  • Manage credit insurance line and control the payment risk of shipments.
  • Build & maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across teams, functions, and locations to enhance planning, leverage reporting opportunities and improve processes.

Your profile

Do you sound interested, but aren't sure what your background should look like? Here is what you'd need to feel agile during the job:
  • Prior solar industry and/or operations experience would be a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Very good knowledge of computers and systems: ERP, MS Office, and ability to keep it smart and simple 
  • Fluent in English both in speaking and writing at least C1, Chinese speaking would be a plus
