You will be responsible for the successful fulfillment of our local Photovoltaic (PV) Utility and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) business. You will be overseeing both Project Management and Service teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects, exceptional customer service, and seamless interaction between our teams, customers, and local partners.
In this new role within our organization, you will play a key part in improving day-to-day operations, focusing on activities such as project management, project delivery, site service, remote service, and technical support. Your efforts will contribute to the fulfillment of Delivery Projects and Service Agreements, boosting Customer Satisfaction, and supporting business objectives by driving Cost Improvements and Quality Enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, provide technical and commercial support, and help win new projects.
- HSE Management: Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards on all projects and services, maintaining a safe work environment for all team members.
- Local Resource Strategy: Lead the recruitment, development, and management of the Service Partner Network and the local fulfillment team to ensure ongoing service excellence.
- Risk Escalation and Claims Management: Proactively identify project and service risks, support remedy plans, and manage customer claims in accordance with the company's policies.
- Project & Service Budget Management: Oversee the financial management of project and service operations, ensuring effective budgeting and cost control.
- Local Fulfillment Team Management: Lead and mentor the local fulfillment team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while meeting the highest standards of quality.
- Development of Management Tools: Develop and enhance Project and Service Management tools to align with the Global Sungrow System, ensuring standardization and efficiency across all regions.
