Your duties

Hello and welcome to Sungrow!
We are looking for a motivated working student to support our ESS Solution Engineering team. You’ll work closely with the Solution Engineer, assisting with technical designs, project development, and customer support for cutting-edge Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Utility-scale battery storage systems across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing technical proposals and system designs for C&I and Utility-scale BESS projects.
Support the evaluation and sizing of Energy Storage Systems using simulation tools and software.
Conduct research on grid regulations, market trends, and energy storage applications.
Assist in customer inquiries and technical clarifications.
Help develop scripts or tools to automate document compilation processes.
Collaborate with the sales, project, and engineering teams on various tasks.
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and documentation.

Your profile

If you’re ready to explore the world of clean energy from a sales perspective, we’re looking for someone with the following qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Power Systems, or a related field.
Interest in battery energy storage systems and renewable energy.
Basic understanding of power systems, electrical schematics, or grid integration is a plus.
Programming skills in Python, C, Java, or similar languages.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of AutoCAD, PVSyst, Homer, or similar tools is a plus.
Detail-oriented mindset with a structured and precise approach to work.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English (other European languages are a plus).
Ability to work independently and in a team.
