Your duties

Provide technical support for Energy Storage Systems (ESS).
Manage service partners for specific tasks and serve as a technical trainer for installers and EPCs.
Collaborate with the R&D department to resolve common project issues and challenges; develop corresponding plans and solutions.
Travel to project sites to assist customers with problem-solving and to collect technical data for R&D purposes.
Conduct training sessions for service partners and installers during site visits.
Prepare reports on product failure analysis and conduct risk assessments for distribution products.
Coordinate with other service departments to address issues and provide technical support.

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have:

Minimum of one year post-graduation experience with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Solid understanding of the PV, EV charger, and ESS industries, and certified to work in an EU country.
Hands-on experience with PV/ESS products and related technologies.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and service partners.
Proficient in spoken and written English (minimum B2); additional languages (Dutch & French) are highly beneficial
Based in the Netherlands, you will work primarily on our large projects in Belgium.
Willingness to travel 50%
