Your duties

Welcome to your new role at Sungrow, as our Distribution Service Engineer in France on a 6-month definite contract to support our growing business!

Are you curious to learn how you can help us build a sustainable future?

Then, have a look at your responsibilities below:

  • You'll regular deliver reports regarding the region's performance to the department center.
  • You'll manage the hotline ticketing system for distributors, installers and end users.
  • You'll deliver technical training, create online courses and documentation.
  • You'll do on-site troubleshooting with the partner success manager.
  • You'll do pre-sales customer visits with the key account manager.

Your profile

Do you have the legal right to work in France?

Before applying, please ensure you have the legal right to work in France without the need for visa sponsorship.

What will you need to be successful?
  • Fluency both in English and in French
  • Degree in electrical engineering or vocational qualifications in electricity
  • Driving license and willingness to travel often

What can make you an ideal candidate?
  • 2 years of experience as a technical support / after sales for PV / ESS or O&M
  • In-depth knowledge of the solar energy market in your country
  • Language skills in Chinese (Mandarin)
