Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding technical and commercial inquiries.
Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to efficiently resolve any emerging issues.
Remain up-to-date with industry trends and proactively identify new business opportunities.
Pinpoint recurring challenges or bottlenecks within our products and operational processes.

Your profile

Now, in order to fit into this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this, keeping in mind the essential electrical equipment focus:

Ongoing studies in engineering and/or business.
Demonstrated interest in renewable energy, electrical power systems, such as inverters, transformers, and energy storage systems.
A strong interest in pursuing a customer service-oriented role.
Possession of international experience, particularly within regions like China or Europe.
Exhibit an adaptive, responsible, and curious attitude in your approach to work.
Ideally English and Finnish. Chinese as a plus.
