Your duties

We are seeking a highly organized and commercially driven Key Account Manager to lead and develop our Nordic distribution business. The ideal candidate will act as the primary interface between our distribution partners and internal organization, ensuring outstanding partner support, operational excellence, and sustainable sales growth across the Nordic region. Your main tasks would be:

  • Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and channel partners across the Nordic market.
  • Act as the main point of contact for commercial and operational matters.
  • Drive sales growth through effective account planning, forecasting, and partner engagement.
  • Manage the full order process from quotation to delivery while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Support the development and execution of channel strategies, distribution agreements, pricing structures, rebate programs, and commercial frameworks.
  • Maintain pricing governance and margin management across the distribution network.
  • Coordinate closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery execution and stock availability.
  • Monitor distributor stock levels, sales-out data, and demand forecasts to improve planning accuracy.
  • Coordinate internal resources across sales, technical support, logistics, finance, legal, and marketing teams.
  • Manage internal priorities and allocate resources effectively to support key distribution partners.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing developments, and market trends within the Nordic market.

Your profile

Minimum 7 years of experience in key account management, channel sales, distribution management, or sales operations.
Experience within renewable energy, energy storage, power electronics, electrical distribution, or industrial technology industries is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of distribution business models, pricing structures, and channel partner management.
Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
Commercial mindset combined with operational discipline.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English required (at least C1); Nordic language skills is an advantage
