Your duties

Salut și bun venit la Sungrow! We are looking for a Service Product Manager to help shape service offerings that make our PV and energy storage solutions easier to operate, maintain, and scale across Europe. Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in:
  • Own the development and lifecycle management of service products for PV and ESS customers across Europe.
  • Translate customer, market, and service-team feedback into clear product requirements and improvement plans.
  • Define service concepts, standard packages, value propositions, and supporting documentation.
  • Work closely with Product Management, R&D, Service Operations, Sales, and Finance to launch scalable service solutions.
  • Monitor service performance, customer adoption, profitability, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support training and enablement for internal teams and partners on new service products and processes.

Your profile

That was intriguing, wasn’t it? To feel confident and successful in this role, your background could look like this:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of experience in product management, service development, technical sales, or service operations.
  • Good understanding of PV, ESS, power electronics, or other technical energy solutions.
  • Strong commercial awareness and confidence turning complex technical topics into customer value.
  • Structured, analytical, and proactive working style with strong stakeholder-management skills.
  • English C1; Romanian B2 or higher is a plus, and other European languages are welcome.
