Your duties

Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity with us.
Being a Service Coordinator at Sungrow is an exciting opportunity, and these here are your most important tasks:

Develop and maintain a database of qualified regional subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers.
Oversee the service partner procurement process, including issuing requests for proposals, evaluating service partner job quotation and invoice management.
Evaluate subcontractor performance based on project milestones, quality of work, adherence to schedules, and customer satisfaction.
Be the entry point for the requirements of continuous support and guidance to subcontractors to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance; Facilitate knowledge transfer and best practices sharing among subcontractor teams to improve overall project outcomes.
Support the Project Management during commissioning and site acceptance services.
Coordination and approval of HSE documentation for on-site visits together with HSE consultant
Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements
Achieve consistent customer satisfaction ratings and respond appropriate to customer feedback on areas for improvement.
Prepare documentations and work instructions.

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? It is essential for you to have:

Education as Engineer, Economics, Management;
2 or 3 years of experience in similar role;
Organizational and process implementation skills
Italian C1 & English language skills at least on B2
Experience with on site activity is beneficial
Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
Willingness to travel around Italy and Europe 30%
