Your duties

We are looking for a Service Commercial Manager to lead and support Sungrow’s long-term service initiatives in Israel. Your role is crucial in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service offerings and strategic relationship management.

Your Mission:
As a Service Commercial Manager, you will prepare proposals, maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams, and support the standardization of service strategies. In this role, you will also be required to have a solid understanding of legal terminology and the ability to differentiate between legal and commercial aspects in contracts, ensuring the smooth negotiation and execution of agreements. Your primary goal is to promote our advanced renewable energy solutions through active engagement with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare tenders, bids, and proposals tailored to Sungrow customers in Israel.
  • Maintain and support long-term relationships with customers, aligning service offerings with their needs.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Product Management teams in Germany to coordinate efforts.
  • Assist the Head of Service Sales in developing standardized service offerings, hedging risks related to Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs), and long-term strategies.
  • Provide regular service sales reports to the Head of Service Sales and Service Operations.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and summits to promote Sungrow’s solutions.
  • Traveling is required from time to time.

Your profile

  • A business degree with a passion for technology/energy, or an engineering background with a commercial focus.
  • Around 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the renewable energy industry.
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
  • German or Spanish language skills are an advantage.
  • A legal background or experience as a lawyer is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and proactive with a “Yes, we can” mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
  • A performance-driven attitude with excellent organizational and reporting skills.
