We are Sungrow, a global leader in clean energy technology, and we're looking for a motivated and curious Sales Operations Intern to join our UK team. - You'll support the Sales team in managing sales contracts, navigating both our internal systems and offline processes to keep everything running smoothly
- You'll act as a key connector between HQ production, logistics, project, and sales teams — helping coordinate seamless project execution from start to finish
- You'll be the friendly point of contact for customers on topics like lead times, invoicing, payments, and delivery updates — keeping relationships strong and communication clear
- You'll assist in preparing regular reports and analysis, including shipment tracking and sales forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis
- You'll support the issuance of invoices and collaborate closely with Finance and Sales teams on payment follow-up
- You'll help monitor credit limits and flag shipment-related payment risks, contributing to a healthy and reliable order pipeline
