Your duties

Hello and welcome to Sungrow UK! We are proactively building a strong candidate pipeline for a future Sales Operations Coordinator role expected to support our 2027 business plans. This is not a live vacancy to be filled immediately. Instead, we are starting recruitment activities early to identify qualified professionals, support business continuity, and ensure we are ready when the role opens.

Curious what this is all about? Let’s dive right in:

  • Support the Sales team with contract and sales-order execution from countersignature through to payment receipt, including order placement, shipment monitoring and invoice creation in ERP systems.
  • Partner with Sales and Legal teams to coordinate the administration and management of sales contracts.
  • Work closely with HQ production, logistics, project and sales teams to help ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
  • Communicate with customers on lead times, deliveries, invoicing and payment-related topics.
  • Prepare regular operational reports, including shipment updates, sales forecasts and accounts receivable monitoring.
  • Issue commercial invoices, support weekly payment follow-up, manage credit-insurance lines and help control shipment-related payment risks.

Your profile

All right, that sounds intriguing, doesn’t it? To feel confident, engaged and successful in this future-facing role, your background could look like this:

  • You bring at least two years of experience in Sales Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related commercial operations role.
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in business, supply chain, logistics or a comparable field.
  • You have experience in, or a strong interest in, the solar industry, renewable energy or an international business environment.
  • You understand international trade processes and are comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and locations.
  • You are confident using ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and can turn operational data into clear reports and insights.
  • You communicate clearly, take ownership, solve problems proactively and bring a practical can-do mindset.

Our offer

Join a fast-growing Sales Operations environment where your work helps connect commercial teams, customers and delivery functions across the UK and Ireland. You will collaborate with colleagues across sales, finance, logistics, legal, projects and HQ production while contributing to the growth of clean-energy solutions.

At Sungrow, we value ownership, teamwork and continuous improvement. This future pipeline opportunity is ideal for professionals who want to explore a meaningful role in a dynamic international business and stay connected as we prepare for recruitment activity toward 2027.
