Your duties

Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity with us.
Being a Project Manager is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important responsibilities:
 
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of supply projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and commercial feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation for the proper execution of the project. 
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Clients, third parties/vendors and internal teams.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project documentation and handover certification. 
  • Producing progress reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for internal and external stakeholders
  • Requesting and selecting proposals from subcontractors, including contract negotiations

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have:
  • Good educational background, preferably in the fields of  science, management or engineering 
  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the renewable sector
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in the renewable market, especially in the suppliers/EPC scope of work.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish mandatory, Chinese is a plus).
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
