Your duties

We are looking for a skilled Partner Success Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners in Israel. Your role is vital to ensuring the satisfaction of installers and distributors by understanding and addressing their needs while promoting our clean energy solutions.

Your Mission: 
As a Partner Success Manager, you will support partners through exceptional service and active sales engagement. You’ll drive business growth by Supporting the sales process, providing training, oversee the service process and delivering solutions efficiently. You’ll work cross-functionally to align efforts with company goals and continuously improve performance through data analysis and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

•    Build strong relationships with installers, turning them into enthusiastic supporters of Sungrow.
•    Foster and maintain long-term partnerships with distributors to drive mutual success.
•    Oversee and monitor the service with partners and distributors while actively assisting in problem-solving
•    Drive company growth and consistently meet customer satisfaction targets.
•    Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Sungrow solutions, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
•    Design and execute training programs for both existing and potential partners to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed.
•    Collaborate in the creation and execution of effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to partner needs.
•    Co-create value propositions based on customer and market insights.
•    Actively identify new sales opportunities, follow up on leads, and convert them into long-term partners.


Your profile

•    Proven experience in a commercial role within the renewable energy industry.
•    Fluency in both English and Hebrew.
•    Technical prowess in renewable energy solutions, ideally with a degree in electrical engineering or vocational qualifications in electricity.
•    Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
•    Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
•    Ability to work independently in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
•    Problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
•    Excellent office skills including ppt, excel and word.
•    Knowledge of the solar energy market in Israel is a plus.
