Your duties

Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity with us.
Being an Office Admin Specialist is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and office support to teams across all Nordic countries.
  • Manage daily office operations, including document handling, scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events as required for colleagues in the Nordic region.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and local office suppliers to ensure smooth office functioning.
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and administrative systems.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for team members in the region.Prepare and track expense reports, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Support the implementation of office policies and procedures
  • Serve as the point of contact for general office inquiries and administrative requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support effective office operations.

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have:
  • Proven experience in office administration, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken C1 and Swedish (both written and spoken C1); proficiency in another Nordic language is a plus.
  • Ability to work proactively, both independently and as part of a regional team.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and general office technologies.
  • Service-oriented attitude with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience working in an international or multi-country environment is an advantage.
