We are constantly moving forward and looking out for our Junior/Mid-level HR Specialist - Greece to support our growth in the solar industry.

So, what is it an HR Specialist - Greece is doing on a daily bases, well let`s have a dive right into it:

Local payroll operations

  • Work with external provider to prepare monthly payroll: deliver documents and communicate changes in time; stay compliant with local payroll-related regulations.
  • Point of contact regarding employee insurances (social security, additional pension, etc.) and employer liability insurance.
  • Point of contact for employees and HRBP on compensation & benefits policies.
  • Support Finance department on regular financial assessments, tax auditing, and other personnel cost related topics.
  • Manage the processes of employee benefits and bonus payment (such as employee benefit cars, referral bonus, training bonus, etc.)
EU compensation management

  • Support bonus calculation and salary review in the EU region.
  • Bridge our headquarter and EU region on annual bonus and salary review topics.
  • Maintain and report on personnel cost data.
HR Information Systems

  • Personio trouble shooting and management: system set-up and debug; utilise new features in Personio and provide advices to HRBPs and other stakeholders; point of contact for Personio Support&Sales team.
  • Circula travel expense management tool: maintenance and trouble-shooting.
  • Support the digitalization process of the EU region (switching to SAP or other global platforms).
HR operations

  • Global mobility: provide instructions for employees relocating from other countries.
  • Support in EU headcount collection and communication.
  • Support the team on daily HR operations.

Your profile

All good, that sounded great right? Now let`s have a look at your background, so you get a feeling if this could be the right challenge for you:

  • Degree in Human Resources or pursuing a diploma in related field.
  • Basic knowledge of the local labor law 
  • 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist function.
  • English and Greek at a C1 level, Chinese would be a plus.
  • Great time management and organizational skills.
  • A team player with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
