As our Regional HR Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our HR agenda across Southeastern Europe, CEE & CIS. You’ll blend strategic HR Business Partnering with hands-on HR Operations, making sure our people strategy aligns perfectly with business goals and that our HR services run smoothly.
Here’s what you’ll be up to:
  • Be a trusted advisor: Partner with regional leaders and managers to shape effective people strategies, guide workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Champion our culture: Foster employee engagement, promote our values, and support career development and mobility.
  • Lead HR operations: Oversee onboarding, offboarding, contracts, HRIS data, and employee records. Ensure compliance with local laws and internal policies.
  • Drive recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to attract top talent and enhance our employer brand.
  • Support learning & development: Identify training needs, implement global learning programs, and coach managers in leadership and HR best practices.
  • Deliver insights: Provide reporting and analytics on HR metrics to help leadership make informed decisions.

Your profile

So far a quite interesting position isn`t it? Well then, in order to feel fullfilled within this Job your ideal profile looks more or less like this:
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP and HR Operations roles.
  • Strong knowledge of regional labor laws and employment practices.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills across multiple countries or business units.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
  • English C1 and Greek C1 (additional regional languages are always a plus).
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
  • Leadership, influence, and change management skills.
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and a data-driven mindset.
