Bonjour et bienvenue chez Sungrow !  We're thrilled to introduce a vital role that ensures our French operations run smoothly, supporting our incredible team during a significant period of growth. This is a unique opportunity to step into a dynamic environment as an HR Operations Specialist on an 18-month Fixed-Term Contract (CDD) to cover a maternity leave, where your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining our high standards of HR support.   • Ensure strict compliance with French labor laws and internal HR policies.    
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, for our French team members. 
  • Oversee HR administration, including benefits, compensation, and the preparation of HR-related documentation.    
  • Maintain and update employee information accurately within HR systems.    
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee queries, providing support and guidance on HR matters. 
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team and headquarters to implement company-wide policies and programs effectively.

Your profile

All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit into this role, and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR Operations or Specialist role, ideally within France.
  • Solid understanding of French labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent written and spoken command of French C2 and English C1.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
