Your duties

  • Team member in monthly report and year end closing according to Istanbul GAAP and the group reports according to IFRS
  • Prepare the actuals and the rolling forecast to be reviewed by the EMEA Management and HQs
  • Prepare budget figures for management review and maintain comparison of actuals to Budget
  • Prepare financial reports as needed by management, yearly audit schedules, tax returns, cost share schedules and budget vs. actual analysis
  • Maintain and improve internal control process between HQ and subsidiaries
  • Cash flow management
  • Ensure that all systems that generate accounting/taxation related entries are in compliance with local requirements
  • Advice on local accounting and taxation issues 
  • Contact person for auditors and tax authorities
  • Focal point for finance related matters in client contracts  - pre and post sale related
  • Set-up and manage the financial information system
  • Support third party payment processing and tracking

Your profile

  • University Degree in Finance/Accounting/Auditing and/or related. Certified accountant is an advantage. Overseas study and working experience are preferred
  • +3 years relevant experiences in finance and accounting field
  • Be familiar with tax regulations (VAT/Corporate Income Tax) and other regular finance reporting needs
  • Experience in international tax topics and transfer pricing
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, Mandarin is plus
  • Business acumen, highly analytical, with problem-solving and pragmatic skills
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills, able to build networks within the organization and manage changes
  • Hands-on patience with a can-do mentality
  • SAP or other ERP system experience
