Your duties

Hello there and welcome to your new challenge here at Sungrow.
We want You to help us provide Turkey with more clean energy, especially with Battery Storage Solutions!

Interface between our customers.
Take ownership of dispatched customer issues.
Perform a variety of engineering as signment involving technology applications involved in the installation, operation, testing and maintenance of central and string solar inverter-
Perform electrical and electronic trouble shooting and testing of solar inverters and its components in the field or in the repair center.
Perform and/ or lead Preventive Maintenance and O&M activities as needed.
Provide feed back to the engineering team on possible mechanical and electrical design improvements
Lead upgrade projects (software and hardware) in the field and interact with customers to explain the technical scope of the project
Independently performs arange of field service tasks involving communication with Factory Engineering and Customer’s solar plant engineer
Take the lead in some projects such as upgrades or retrofit as well as commissioning
Help on the repair activities in the Service center
Prepare,deliver and submit field reports to customer and management
Support development of technical proposal and provide comments on the technical content and level of effort of the proposed scope of work
Conduct site visits, experimental investigations and analyze engineering problems, propose solutions and alterative, and provide recommendations

Your profile

Education as Electrical technician or Engineer.
Experience with Battery Storage solutions is beneficial.
Experience in claim handling, solution finding and execution.
Experience dealing with customers in critical situations.
Ability to work independently and structured in an international environment.
Strong customer orientation, good discipline, team spirit and self-motivation.
Turkish and English at least C1 level .
Good knowledge of MS Office and comparable software tools.
Driving license.
Willing to work on call duty AND to travel.
Work from home office.
