Hello and a warm welcome from our team here in the Netherlands!
We’re excited to introduce an internship that combines commercial logic, contract analysis, and real hands‑on work with Sungrow’s European energy storage service organization.
Curious how you can help shape the internal “single source of truth” for our long-term ESS service contracts? Let’s explore:

Analyse active LTSA contracts and convert commercial/legal terms into clear and configurable dashboard logic.
Create structured contract-summary templates and decision trees that support the dashboard logic engine.
Map and validate contract rules across 20–30 LTSA sites to ensure correct availability KPI interpretation.
Support UI and UX improvements through user feedback, wireframes, mock-ups, and functionality testing.
Contribute to automated monthly LTSA performance reporting with accurate inputs and validation.
Prepare documentation, internal training materials, and support the MVP rollout for the ESS LTSA dashboard.

Your profile

Now, for you to feel happy, confident, and successful in this role, your background should look a bit like this:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Economics, Business Administration, International Business, or Energy Management.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret commercial and legal contract language.
Basic experience with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Figma, or simple web tools is a strong plus.
Genuine interest in renewable energy technology and digital dashboards.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to take ownership of structured work packages.
Strong communication skills and English C1; other European languages are an advantage.
